These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Haryana, India. Users agree to submit to this jurisdiction.
Creators are independent users of the Platform. Creators are not employees, agents, or partners of Slynzy. Slynzy only provides the Platform for interaction. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, agency, or joint venture.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. Invalid sections will not affect the validity of other provisions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Slynzy regarding use of the Platform. They replace any previous agreements or understandings.
