This Creator Agreement ("Agreement") governs the relationship between Slynzy and any user who registers as a Creator on the Slynzy platform ("Platform"). Slynzy is operated by Rohit, Haryana, India.
By registering as a Creator, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines.
Important: If you do not agree, you must not register as a Creator.

Slynzy may refuse or remove any Creator at its sole discretion.
Creators are independent users of the Platform. Creators are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Slynzy. Slynzy only provides the Platform.
Creators are responsible for their own actions, taxes, income, and legal obligations.
Creators may offer services such as:
Creators must deliver services honestly, follow instructions, provide lawful content, and complete bookings on time. Slynzy does not guarantee any earnings.
Creators set their own prices. Creators agree that:
Slynzy may limit or restrict pricing if necessary.
All payments must go through the Platform. Creators agree that:
Strictly Prohibited: Creators must not request payment outside the Platform. Violation may result in termination.
Payouts will be sent after the service is completed, the booking is confirmed, and the refund period passes. Slynzy may delay payout for:
Slynzy is not responsible for bank delays.
Creators are fully responsible for content they provide. Creators must not provide:
Slynzy may remove content at any time. Creators grant Slynzy permission to display content on the Platform.
Creators agree to interact with Fans in a respectful and lawful manner. Creators must not:
Creators must follow all Community Guidelines. Slynzy is not responsible for conversations between Creators and Fans.
Creators must not accept payments outside the Platform for services offered on Slynzy. Creators must not:
Consequences: Any attempt to bypass the Platform may result in account suspension, loss of payout, or permanent ban. Slynzy may cancel bookings if outside payment is detected.
Slynzy may at any time, without prior notice:
Slynzy is not required to explain its decisions.
Creators keep ownership of the content they create. However, by using the Platform, Creators grant Slynzy the right to:
Creators confirm that they own the rights to their content and must not upload content they do not have permission to use.
Creators agree that Slynzy is only a platform. Slynzy is not responsible for:
Creators use the Platform at their own risk. All services are provided "as is".
Creators agree to protect and hold harmless Slynzy and its owner from any claims, damages, or losses caused by:
This includes legal costs.
Slynzy may suspend or terminate a Creator account at any time if:
Slynzy may also hold payments if needed. Termination does not remove obligations already created.
Creators are responsible for their income taxes, legal compliance, financial reporting, and local laws. Slynzy does not provide tax advice. Creators must follow the laws of their country.
Slynzy may introduce new features including:
Creators agree that new rules may apply to new features.
Slynzy may change this Agreement at any time. The updated version will apply when posted. Continued use of the Platform means acceptance of the updated Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to courts located in Haryana, India.
This Agreement, together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Community Guidelines, forms the full agreement between the Creator and Slynzy.
